How we plan it

Pre-task plans
Every crew writes and signs a plan for the day’s work before it starts.

Daily huddles
Fifteen minutes each morning, led by the superintendent, covering what changed since yesterday.

Stop-work authority
Anyone on site can pause the work, with no questions asked and no penalty.

Site walks
Weekly walks with the owner’s team and a written follow-up.
