The challenge
Building A was home to 900 employees. Parking, access and noise had to stay workable while Building B went up beside it.
Our approach
We phased site work around the owner’s calendar, built a separate construction entrance and shared a three-week look-ahead with the tenant every Friday.
The result
- Curtain wall closed in on schedule
- Tenant parking never dropped below the agreed count
- Building B handed over complete, with training
